Resi, diritto di recesso e politica dei rimborsi
La nostra politica resi ti consente di recedere dal contratto di vendita fino al termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni di calendario dalla data di avvenuta consegna degli articoli, ricevendo la restituzione della somma stessa.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso dovrai inviare a CHET vintage una comunicazione in tal senso, entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Tale comunicazione dovrà essere inviata a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, presso CHET vintage – via Ferdinando I d’Aragona, 117 - cap 76121 - Barletta (BT)
Una volta pervenuta la comunicazione di recesso, provvederemo rapidamente a comunicare al cliente le istruzioni sulla modalità di restituzione, la merce dovrà essere spedita presso via Ferdinando I d’Aragona, 117 - cap 76121 - Barletta (BT)
entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla comunicazione dell’esercizio del diritto del recesso.
La merce dovrà essere restituita integra, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali (buste e confezioni), custodita secondo la normale diligenza, senza che vi siano segni di usura o sporcizia, nel rispetto delle condizioni dei seguenti punti:
Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:
il diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; non è possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato.
il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria).
le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono a carico del cliente; non saranno inoltre rimborsate le spese di consegna al cliente ed eventuali altre spese accessorie evidenziate al momento dell'effettuazione dell'ordine. Se, detraendo l'importo dei prodotti resi dal totale dell'ordine, la cifra non soddisfa più le condizioni per avere diritto alla spedizione gratuita, il costo della spedizione verrà detratto dall'importo del rimborso.
la spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente.
in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, CHET vintage darà comunicazione al cliente dell'accaduto (entro 5 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del bene nei propri magazzini), per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se assicurato); in questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà messo a disposizione del cliente per la sua restituzione, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso;
CHET vintage non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate;
al suo arrivo in magazzino, il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto.
Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente, per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrità del bene, nei casi in cui CHET vintage accerti:
l'utilizzo non diligente del bene che ne abbia compromesso l'integrità
l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, ecc..)
il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto.
